| Women's Ministires MISSION STATEMENT To assist women in developing a deeper understanding and relationship in God through worship, fellowship, training and leisure, and to enhance our relationship with the wider community by welcoming other cultures and organisations.
The objectives of the Women’s Ministries Department are as follows:
Fellowship and worship can be achieved through annual conferences, seminars retreats and workshops
By socialising with each other, women will learn discipleship, mentoring and networking skills.
Through interaction, exposure to different lifestyles and cultures can be achieved.
Empowering and equipping women can help to motivate, build confidence and self esteem.
Skills and qualities of our leaders can be utilised and developed through training and education.
Rest and reflection can be achieved through attendance at retreats.
At the end of retreats/conferences women should be further motivated and empowered.
Men's Ministries Building Better Men Our VISION is to... - Build an environment where men can be men.
- Provide a safe environment that will stimulate, educate and support, that men will want to be a part of.
- Raise issues and concerns, and speak for the weak, for the voiceless for the victims of our community.
Our MISSION is to...
Build better men with a Christ-like identity and foster a ‘can do’ approach to life.
HOW?
Work with men to reclaim their integrity and place in society.
Work with fathers and husbands so they have the courage to raise good men, and become first-rate husbands.
Show men they can become all that they are meant to be.
Work with men to develop an army of leaders for the 21st century.
Youth Minitries The NTCG Department of Youth & Christian Education, empowered by the Holy Spirit will deliver ongoing programmes, activities and training that is relevant and effective, meeting needs for spiritual and social development in our families, churches and communities.
The department serves to see inviduals mature to their full potential in Jesus Christ. Ephesians 4:14.
